SC Covers
Some high speed cook ovens
allow for metal pan use when
the microwave is top driven. However, when the food
product being cooked in the ovens requires a cover, metal
is unacceptable. The SC Covers for both full and half size
hotel pans allow the microwave penetration for proper
food preparation without damaging the magnatron.
